A disappointing start with Bacteria Busters due to illness within the assigned staff members family. Therefore, no attendance on the first date arranged. For the 2nd appointment they sent a replacement - I don't know what is happening for the 3rd appointment. I was told that I would be contacted to arrange a Wednesday/Thursday appointment. Unfortunately, the initial missed appointment was due to an unavoidable young family member being rushed to hospital affecting a member of our team. This situation was outside of our control. We then arranged a replacement staff member for you and you confirmed at the time that you were very pleased with the clean. Due to the ongoing circumstances, we advised that we would contact you to rearrange your booking once we are able to offer the usual level of service that we provide to all of our clients. How long have you been in business?
The original mainstay of our business in 2020 was sanitising, we invested in electrostatic equipment and trained our staff in order to carry out these works wherever they are required and we still provide this service throughout Kent today.
In late 2021 as we went through the pandemic and continued to come out of it due to the demand we were receiving for additional services we then invested in additional equipment and training to be able to provide a house cleaning, commercial cleaning and rubbish removal service.
Offering all these services together simplifies the process for our customers who may need one or more of them.
