I contacted this company for a roof repair and dealt with Kelvin. At first, he was polite and clearly explained what needed to be done. Kelvin wanted me to leave a review straight away which i found very strange. However, the job was not completed on time or to a proper standard. I’ve since had further issues with my roof and had to bring in another roofer to fix the problems. When I called Kelvin to raise my concerns, he was aggressive and refused to return to put things right. To make matters worse he did not even clear up after they finished. Kelvin and his team were absolutely amazing and meticulously completed the work despite being a Bank Holiday. The area was left clean after the work was completed and no other unnecessary work was recommended. Honest opinions about other areas being in good condition and did not require any other work other than what I had actually called them for.
