Together with my clients, we assess the 6 pillars of wellness: Physical Emotional Spiritual Social Intellectual Occupational Through the initial conversation, I will clarify where you are in each pillar (scored 1-10) and where you want to be. I was initially trained with the Brian Tracy goal coaching process and delivered that training to hundreds of employees and brand ambassadors through my job. It wasn't until 2019 that I finally decided to get my Life Coach Certification through Life Purpose Institute in San Diego, CA.
My undergraduate degree is in Social Welfare from the UC Berkeley, so I have always wanted to be of service to the community. While I have worked with therapists in the past, I have personally gained so much insight and growth from working with coaches. I am passionate about helping my clients to look forward, live life with intention, and have an all around more enjoyable life.
I am committed to my clients results. I've discovered that the time with which results are achieved is different for each client, but I will continue to hold belief even through setbacks and frustrations. So long as you are ready to show up with the same level of commitment to your results as I am, then you will get there.
My coaching business is fully remote. I will absolutely use zoom if my client prefers it, but most of my clients prefer non-video calls. I have found sometimes it's more beneficial because they spend less time processing visual information and can stay focused on what we're discussing.
I am fully remote for my coaching practice. I do offer corporate wellness trainings during which I abide by the standards established by the company.
