What do you love most about your job?

Seeing people challenge themselves, face fears, and open up on their own terms. I feel more alive when I'm outside, or 40 feet up on a wall (scared too!) and this seems to be the case for a lot of people. I feel like we build trust really fast which has been a real honour. Plus, for a guy with ADHD and a love of people, adventure, nature and new experiences, I'm in my element.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I feel like I've created the exact type of support I could have used both as a youth who went through some rough times with addiction and mental health, and as an adult who knows the value of talking life out a bit, but the thought of sitting in an office and having someone ask me about my feelings is not where I'm at in life. I feel lucky to be this for the folks I get to know. Plus we have a lot of fun in between really difficult conversations.

Why should our clients choose you?

That's up to them... I guess if people feel that some combination of nature, adventure, activity, mindfulness, talking about life, and spending time with someone who cares deeply about them, but doesn't have all the answers is something good for their life, then I may be a good fit.
