I have worked online for years, providing hypnotherapy, counselling, and life coaching to national and international clients.
I use Skype or Zoom, which are free and secure video calling platforms.
Since COVID-19, many have found that getting help online is an excellent option they had not considered before. They get help from their own home without needing to commute anywhere.
Working online in this way does not impact the effectiveness of the sessions, either. In many ways, it can actually enhance them.
I would only recommend you give yourself the time for this.
If others are in the house, ensure you will not be disturbed, and if possible, they are not connected to the internet as this can interfere with the internet speed/signal strength.
Since COVID-19, all my sessions are now purely online, so you are not in any further danger of getting the help you need, want, and should have.
I would recommend you do this.
