This disused office building - an eyesore for several decades - was rescued by the vision of Bristol philanthropist and builder, Martin Connolly. When he spoke to the city's planning department about his plan to turn Hamilton House into a community hub, the planner replied (helpfully): "Over my dead body." Luckily Martin Connolly persevered. Hamilton House, run by Co-exist, is now a thriving hub for charities, not-for-profits, freelancers and artists. It also houses the popular Canteen bar and cafe on the ground floor. Thanks to Martin Connolly's vision and financial support, Hamilton House is helping regenerate Stokes Croft bringing work, vibrancy and livelihood to a neglected urban area.

Becca is a warm, gentle, totally approachable and immensely gifted woman. Our paths crossed last year and through her guidance, listening and reiki sessions she has helped me remember 'me' and has given me tools on how to focus on my important stuff and not stress about the rest. I can not recommend her highly enough and I whole heartedly believe that everyone needs a bit of 'Becca' in their lives. X

I provide safe, confidential spaces for men to explore life's challenges when words are not enough. I support individuals to make sense of distressing or confusing thoughts and feelings through the art-making process. I recognise that many men find putting their emotional difficulties into words extremely challenging; art therapy can provide expression and containment of powerful emotions such as fear, anger and grief.

Providing proven effective help for Stress, Anxiety, Trauma, PTSD and Self-Esteem based issues. Issues such as but not limited to: - Anxiety - Fear - Phobia - Panic - Trauma - PTSD - Troublesome memories - Guilt - Shame / Embarrassment - Regret / Sadness - Bereavement - Remorse - Anger - Temper - Frustration Predominantly through the application of two therapeutic models, Integral Eye Movement Therapy [ IEMT ], and Neuro-Linguistic Programming [ NLP ], as a client, you will begin to learn the things that are stopping you from sorting out your issues, and how you can learn to both manage them, and overcome them. Often known as "secret therapy", IEMT requires little to no disclosure of your past events and history, doing away with the need for both extensive history-taking and the need to relay and relate your story repeatedly. IEMT asks the questions "Q? How did I learn to FEEL this way?" and "Q? How did I learn to BE this way?" and, through locating the earliest memories of the imprinting experiences and events for Feelings, Emotions, and Identity... through simple eye movements, can render the associated feeling for those memories powerless... while leaving the memory itself intact. You don't wipe the memory... only the feeling. Through the addressing of the emotions that tend to underpin Anxiety & Depression ( Guilt, Shame, Anger etc. ) these issues can often be reduced quite markedly... and even eliminated. NLP is a useful tool to help us learn how we use our mind in a powerful way... both negative and positive. And through simple explorations, exercises, and guidance, you can easily learn to do things differently with your mind, to gain a better, calmer and more positive way of thinking, feeling and being in the world.
I love seeing people quickly learn how they can reduce their feelings and emotions.
I love seeing how quickly they can reduce and eliminate the emotions of painful and troubling memories.
I love seeing people take charge of their own emotions.
I love seeing people free themselves from the burden and baggage of their history, and their past events.
Having suffered from anxiety and depression myself for a number of years, I finally found something tangible and effective that I could do for myself, wherever and whenever I needed, and it was the first real thing that I had tried, that had a real noticeable and lasting positive effect on me and how I was feeling.
That discovery was Integral Eye Movement Therapy IEMT. I first purchased the DVDs home course, and found them very so useful that I decided to take the training as well.
From the solid base, I had learnt from the DVDs home course, the training added even further value to the skills that I had already learnt, and gave me both the skills and the confidence to know that I had something both tangible, and effective. and something that can really help a good number of people.
When working together with me, you will benefit from engaging with a person who has a unique set of skills, experience and training, which allow you to be easily guided through identifying and clearing painful and problematic emotions, memories, and negative aspects of Identity.
Any Painful, Traumatic or PTSD memories or flashback episodes, can often be reduced and eliminated in a very short space of time, leaving the memory intact, but having absolutely zero emotion attached to that memory, when thinking about it afterwards.
People commonly report "It just doesn't bother me any more."
You will be fully wide awake and conscious, and won't be hypnotised in any way. You'll be fully present and aware of all the areas of your life we address, and fully conscious of the whole process we go through, addressing and improving those parts of your life.
You won't be expected to have to give a detailed history of your problems and challenging issues, as strange and unusual as it seems, you can get very significant change, uttering just a handful of words, throughout our sessions together. All you need is to be able to identify: 1). A negative emotion; and 2). A negative memory... and that's it.
You won't be forced to challenge negative thoughts, trying to turn them into positive thoughts, and no forcing you to be positive, or think positively.
If you suffer from anxiety, you will learn very simple, yet very effective ways of managing and reducing your anxiety, whenever and wherever it might happen, both on a temporary, and long term basis.
