I support Christians to leave toxic relationships and overcome addictions. I know the shame and trauma that can stay with us for years, but that Christ can heal us. I do this work to give back what He has given me. I have mentored, coached and counselled people for over 13 years, I continue to be mentored every single week of my life to realise my God-given potential. I am not a therapist so I do not take insurance, BUT I will do everything to support you through difficult situations and the problems you're facing, ultimately led and driven by The Holy Spirit. I charge between $70-$90 per 1 hour session, and am flexible depending on your situation. 'That I may know Him, the power of His resurrection and the fellowship of His sufferings, being conformed unto Him in His death' - Philippians 3:10 I am based both in the US and the UK, so most of my work is online via zoom.
When someone I have been working with for a long time, after much difficulty, many failed attempts, much frustration, finally makes a breakthrough that means so much to them. It could be running a 10k race, making peace with their sister after years of hatred, getting a hard-earned job that they prepared every night for.
I have been mentored for the last 13 years of my life. Without being mentored, coached and counselled in every area of my life, I would not be alive today. I owe it to the people who have helped me to help others, most of all I owe it to my Lord Jesus Christ to help others learn from my mistakes and challenges.
I don't work with just anyone, I really only want to work with people who genuinely care about their life and they are willing to do the painful work of examining themselves and being challenged in key areas by me. It's really not for everyone, but if you feel it is then I will go all the way with you.

The majority of my work is online so covid-19 is a non-issue for me.

My son started coming to SNH Speech Therapy about 3 years ago. Since then he has enjoyed and looked forward to seeing everyone there that he has worked with through the years. The therapists are fun for him which is super important and at the same time professional and attentive to his speech/occupational needs and has made great progress!! The front and back staff have always been responsive with any questions or concerns regarding insurance coverage. Let’s face it insurance is not always easy to understand from both sides. The office is always great at either getting back to me by phone or email. Highly recommend this practice!

I just want to say Truvella is the best! She always follows up with me on time, makes sure I attend all of my appointments with Joshua, and helps me with all of my medications. She always checks on me to see how I’m doing and I really appreciate her so much! Huge thank you to My Psychiatrist!

Daphne has been an amazing resource in providing guidance and clarity for me and my partner. In working with her, we are learning how to better communicate and more successfully navigate our relationship to move in the direction of our goals as a couple. It has been absolutely priceless.
