I have a great cheap online program if you have limited budget but these one to one programs below gives you weekly private zoom or in person sessions, support and accountability with me. To help with your swift but sustainable fat loss you know you need an expert who understands you. An expert nutritionist, an expert eating Psychology Coach and an exercise for weight loss expert. Otherwise you are going to find it slow to lose and you might start a roller coaster weight loss/gain cycle. As I specialise in all 3 areas I help clients lose weight / fat successfully forever by following a lifestyle way of eating. We must get your confidence back again. I do simple delicious meal plans and emotional eating, significant exercise advice to make you lean and I provide accountability. No cooking if you don’t want to! Don’t worry I can help you. I offer a one month, two month or three month package. 1) In the first zoom we have a full hour private nutrition session together (on Zoom or FaceTime etc). In this I do food plans for you, menu plans for you, lifestyle eating for you - everything relevant to what you like to eat and when. I motivate you, encourage you, support you and inspire you with CBT and NLP coping mechanisms to help any emotional eating issues, sugar craving issues or any food relationship issues you may have at all. I do this in my capacity as an Eating Psychology Coach. 2) Before we have our first private session (to help save time you time and money) I give you 20 videos of me like the ones above giving you everything you need to know about nutrition that you are currently unaware of or need reminding. All the right food you should be eating, why, when and how. The simple truths behind water, fats, proteins, timings of eatings, portion size, carbohydrates, fruit, vegetables, alcohol, snacks, exercise, emotional eating, the science behind weight loss etc etc. These videos you get to keep forever and you can watch on any device. This is in my capacity as a top nutritionist. 3) You get a half hour session with me each week after that every week of your plan. Each week we check the weight is falling off, check your visceral and subcutaneous fats are going down whilst skeletal muscle going up. We discuss hormones, supplements, minerals, vitamins, proteins and water. We speed up the fat loss by various mechanisms and work on the muscle mass percentage. 4) You receive 5 weeks of bespoke food plans and menu plans plus GI charts with up to 75 corresponding recipes (if you like cooking but no need to do any cooking if you don’t). 5) You become part of my private Facebook and Instagram Groups for life so you can benefit from constant nutrition tips and advice. 6) During our one to one zoom sessions I will analyse your body type and shape (endo, ecto or meso) and give you all the movement and exercise knowledge (resistance, cardio, posture, general movement) you need for you to achieve the perfect body. I give fitness videos and body shape transformation too. First zoom is usually a week after joining the program. 80% of the body you’ve created for yourself is through the food and drink you consume. 15% through the exercise you do and 5% genetics. All of my clients are healthier, more energised, stronger, happier, fitter. All of my clients lose loads of weight without a diet in sight. What inspired you to start your own business?

After Publishing some of the highest selling Health & Fitness Magazines in the world knew that nutrition is the most important knowledge there is. After many years of qualifying I had so many clients and such a full time job seeing so many nutrition clients on zoom that starting my own nutrition business was the only answer . I didn’t find anyone in the industry as qualified, intuitive or educated as me.
