Our club is friendly, the Krav Maga instruction is among the best you will find in the UK, and you will get fitter, stronger and more flexible along the way – what’s not to like ?! Self defence is the core framework of Krav Maga and as such, a large part of each class is based around what is called ‘scenario based training’, where a defence against a specific attack or threat type is demonstrated and then broken down slowly and practised – it is exactly this approach that makes krav maga different from a martial art – you should leave every class with realistic skills to better defend yourself.
