How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
Food is the medicine our body thrives on.
Eating the right kind of food for our unique needs is essential.
Unfortunately in today's world we are being sold food like substances which are full of harmful chemicals.
This is why informing ourselves and becoming aware of our food choices is highly important.
What do you love most about your job?
That I get to change people's lives in a matter of months giving them the best gift of health which is the foundation for all else.
What inspired you to start your own business?
To create a new world where people valued their health over everything else.
As also my own experience of getting burnt out and going through a health crisis.

I am operating completely online at the moment.
Sessions are conducted through Zoom and all other communication happens over email.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Online sessions take care of that.
With remote work we operate from our respective safe spaces.
1:1 health coaching sessions
This will be a minimum 12 weeks commitment including:
- A free discovery session before we start working together
- A 55 minutes session every alternate week
- Handouts and trainings as required in-between sessions
- Messaging support for questions Monday to Friday (between 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.) on a messaging app
- A step by step customized plan based on your unique health goals.
