Subject: Very Unprofessional Internal Designer We have finalized our home Interior with WeVerse, but we realized soon it was our worst mistake to select them. We are listing down our experience: 1) No new ideas during design phase by them. Each and every ideas were given by us. 2) The locker design which we agreed during design was changed in execution without any proper reason and no lock on it provided. We had to ask them again and again to fix it. 3) Once the major payment is done, they took 20 days after the delivery date to complete all the remaining small work that too with lot of follow-ups. 4) All the work was not finished completely still asking for remaining 5% just after 2 days. The work which is not done at all they were asking full money for that (Dry Balcony Shed). There were still some work pending, for which we kept 2.5% and paid them 2.5%. We kept 2.5% because we had a bad experience with them for follow-up for completing remaining work. 5) Till date they have not came to complete remaining work, however during this time we found out they have made our side table and study drawer height just 150mm against 300mm in final quote. They haven't come yet to rectify it. Also they kept all the sharp edges open in kitchen which is dangerous for kids and adult. 6) Now just after one month, Wardrobe sliding door soft-close not working, drawers soft-close not working. 7) We informed them about all the issues but they ask us to pay all money first then only they will do anything, I said at least rectify the drawers which they have made incorrect and then take full payment, but they are continuously saying pay all money then only they will do anything. Otherwise no warranty applicable for any of the work they have done. 8) Now we have paid them almost 5Lac and they are still not giving warranty on any of the work done. The remaining amount is equal to the amount of side table and study drawers, which we are asking to rectify first and then we will pay full amount but no response from their end except asking for the money. So from above experience, they cannot be trusted. We don't know where to go so just posting our review here so that others don't fall in their trap. More...
