I work as a Counselling Psychologist. I am passionate about helping adolescents and young adults learn how to understand unhealthy patterns of behaviour, and work through emotional and interpersonal concerns.
The majority of my practice focuses on working with clients who suffer from anxiety, emotional dysregulation, and interpersonal struggles with family/friends. I work primarily with an insight-oriented approach so that you can gain a better understanding of yourself, your history and the patterns in your relationships that might have become maladaptive.
