We were from Thailand and Laos. We booked for 1 day tour around bangalore and 4 days outstation trip to Hampi. The car was very clean and comfort. The owner was very helpful, supportive, well manage and polite. Our drivers were very professional and polite as well ,especially Manoj who drove to Hampi for us. He was very helpful and supportive. We had booked a tempo traveller from Udhayam cabs from Bangalore to Pondicherry. We had a good experience overall. We got a clean and well maintained cab which had TV and music player was also working. However during our return journey our traveller’s AC stopped working due to some technical failure in battery and we also had to push cab to get started once. But driver was good and drove safely. Most importantly Ajith, owner of Udhayam cabs was in constant touch throughout the journey to resolve your queries and provide you support. He also adjusted some amount of non-AC travel. These technical hiccups can happen anytime but the main thing was we got our resolution and driver was good and supportive (had he known Hindi or English better would have been big plus ☺️). After seeing good reviews, booked cab (Innova Crysta) for bangalore to Rameshwaram for parents trip. Requested 2 things: 1. Provide driver who can understand hindi. 2. Cab should be cleaned properly before journey start. Both the points were addressed carefully by Mr Ajith (owner). He made sure that by sending almost 1 month old new car and driver was able to talk to parents in hindi. At the end, parents was happy with overall cab journey. I rented 12 seater TT & Innova hycross for wedding for 24hours travel both sides, but the TT driver after completion of 3 rounds, neglected to drive, Stating the previous drive was overloaded with morethan 12 people including mostly mothers with childrens, i was terrible struck with people waiting for an hour, around me. My question if he has a problem carrying passengers of more than 12 per ride, he could resist initially, I could make arrangements or ask people to wait back, but after completion of 3rd round of travel, he did this I was no where to go with people waiting around me. But thanks to Innova hycross which we booked for bride & groom travel, came for our help, but it was too late as many relatives went back to home with waiting for more than hour.
