We work based on a recovery paradigm that is capabilities-informed and not sickness-industry-oriented. We look at everything the client can do, has done, and will do rather than simply focusing on so-called 'deficits' or what the client is not doing currently. And via a positive approach, we increase the entire repertoire of things the client can do day by day and step by step.
