My first session with Vaibhavi, I thought therapy wasn’t for me. But I ended up scheduling another session with her and we had the coolest session, I had with any therapist so far! She is so down-to-earth and her voice is so calming. I remember telling her about an incident that left me all sweaty, she pulled me back up and then helped me come to terms with what I was dealing with. But never once did she say that ‘I was at fault’ and I like that about her. I believe she is the only one who actually takes an effort to listen to me. I feel heard when I am in sessions with her. I love everything about my job - from contacting potential clients to psychoeducating them to forming a bond with them to helping them communicate their needs. I love the feeling of trustworthiness I receive from the client's body language. I love how a person can feel sense of security right after they have spoken their hearts out :)

I have always wanted to work on my own. At first, I thought maybe I don't have enough skills - how will I get clients, or how will I market myself; but after working in various start-ups, MNCs and other institutions, I decided it was time to start a practice of my own in 2022. I have been practising as a Counselling Psychologist since 2019 and we started The Blue Therapy in March 2023.

I provide a comprehensive and client-centred approach. My practice is highly result-oriented. I use different techniques and strategies to help a client de-stress at the moment.

The one thing that I have regularly included in my private practice is - to think about those events or moments you can control. Things happen around you, whether you are a part of it or not, or whether you like it or not. This doesn't mean that you cannot live in the present moment or enjoy what surrounds you.
The only thing that can make you feel safe is your thoughts, your senses and your actions.

We provide help if you're dealing with stress, anxiety, difficulty dealing with changes, relationship challenges, familial challenges, self-esteem, or feeling low often.
We also provide techniques for anger and stress management and reducing stage fright.
We provide Mental Health Care to individuals diagnosed with diabetes or any other lifestyle issues.

We provide help to adolescents dealing with academic and career concerns, family challenges, difficulty concentrating on the task at hand, self-work or even general counselling.

This service is provided to all those individuals who are stuck or are at an impasse about their careers in Psychology or Mental Health.
