..He listened to my concerns patiently and guided him step by step following his 5 dimension theory which calculated my son's strength and weakness. He identified the potential growth in which he can grow ahead in life. Also He guided him with the career paths, analysed him from the test reports. Being the mother of a child who was diagnosed with dyscalculia I was worried, stressed and basically clueless as to what a child can do if there is a learning deficiency in math. That is when I reached out to TG. Well… what do I say about TG, he helped and guided both emotionally and strategically. Very happy with the psychometric analysis conducted for my son. The sessions were held online by Mr. Ganesh and the process was thoroughly explained. What do you love most about your job?
The ability to change the status from 'Confusion' to 'Clarity'.
With myriad of career options available nowadays, some of the students are very confused to select the right subjects to help identify their careers. At the end of the counselling sessions, I get to see that students gain a lot of clarity and understanding on their personality, interest, skills and abilities with a list of career options most suited for them.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I am a passionate, driven, experienced and empathetic professional with a demonstrated history of working in various roles over the last 28 years in Operations and Compliance, Business Administration and Sustainability and CSR with two reputed Multinational Companies in the Middle East and India. Also, as a Joint Managing Trustee (Freelance), I help manage our Higher Calling Trust since 2016 supporting patients with Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) and generating awareness about the disease. I constantly look at opportunities for self improvement, developing others and supporting the community.
I have good experience in mentoring individuals and have worked with youth and colleagues in helping them understand their personalities and key interpersonal skills. Encouraged by the good feedback received from those sessions, I was motivated to become a Certified Career Analyst (CCA) and setup TARGET CAREER COUNSELLING to assist the youth of today to make the right choices, early in life, to secure their future. I think it is essential for students to be aware of these choices and also be guided to see if they are suitable for the same as per their interest, passion and abilities.
I truly believe that with my experience at work over the years and my innate desire to support the community, I will be able to assist the youth find their true career path to thrive in the future!

I am based in Jeevan Bhima Nagar, Bangalore (1km from Indiranagar). If a client prefers to meet in person, happy to accommodate their request. Else, the counselling sessions are all over ONLINE over Google Meet link with my camera ON full time.
Process followed will be
(1) pre-counselling (1hr)
(2) online assessment by candidate (45m-1hr
(3) counselling 1 reviewing all the most suited career options based on assessment results (1hr)
(4) counselling 2 post candidate selecting top 3 choice of career option (1hr)
Post-counselling-support will be provided for 1 month after main interaction.

(1) Students of Std 8th, 9th and 10th to assist in choosing suitable subjects;
(2) Students of Std 11th and 12th to help choose suitable courses in college; and
(3) Graduates and Freshers-at-work to help choose suitable jobs
.. using 5 dimensional approach (Personality, Interest, Skills and Abilities, Learning Styles and Motivators) backed by artificial intelligence career assessment platform.
The total charges will be INR 7,500 for the full interaction (apx 1 week) which includes:
(1) pre counselling session 1h
(2) online assessment by candidate 45m-1h
(3) counselling session #1 reviewing best options with analysis and report interpretation
(4) counselling session #2 on candidate's 3 top career paths selected.
Candidate will need to then select her/his favourite career path and follow the education road map that will be shared.
