What makes a great website?
A website is the face and first contact point for the users. Good looking website needs to be solving the purpose for the user who visits the website. Concise and clear content presentation, clutter-free design and right amount images, Call-to-Actions and interactive features makes a website living object which communicates and interacts with the users in an intuitive way. A great website also needs to be performing well technically, e.g. fast loading, good content rendering, delay management, content delivery management etc. A great website also has the analytical tools integrated which basically tracks the performance, quality and consistency of the website on time to time basis.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
What is your business problem that you are trying solve? What is the business impact of the problem at hand? Who all are getting affected by this pain point - e.g. customers, users, internal users? What is the size of impact? What kind of solution you have visioned? What is the primary timeline and budget you have set? Do you have any technology preferences? Do you have technology team in-house, how much do you want us to take control of the solution and delivery?

What inspired you to start your own business?
To be able to fully explore my potential to solve the business problems. To create a team of like-minded, thinking professionals who can take on himalayan challenges.

I don't say we are the BEST but we are extremely transparent, we pay attention to the details of the problems and we work as an integrated team keeping the interest of our client's business on the top. We have devised the processes which allows the client to have good control over their budgets, their goals and at the same time, have quality deliveries.

Yes we can. We have mastered the remote working model due to covid and all our development and design related project are now executed online or remotely.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We have no physical meetings to make sure there are no threats of Covid to our customers at least from us.
