How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
Very important, as we spend about 12 hours working and the main fuel to keep one going is food. Thus what you consume matters the most.
What do you love most about your job?
When I see an athlete win a medal/ a client achieve their long term fitness goal/ a client getting rid of bad eating habit/ a patient recovering from a health concern without medication, eg- diabetes reversal.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was an athlete myself, thus picked work that would still keep me close to being who I am and love the most sports and fitness
Why should our clients choose you?
If you are keen to have a nutritionist, who not just tells you what to eat but also educates you on why to eat and what time to eat. Ensuring you will not need a nutritionist in the long run
