What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
To ensure the safety of our valued customers during the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, we have implemented several measures in accordance with the BWSCC Covid-19 norms since 2020. These changes are aimed at creating a safe and sanitized environment for everyone. Here are some of the steps we have taken:
Strict adherence to hygiene protocols: We follow rigorous hygiene practices, including frequent handwashing, sanitization of tools and equipment, and disinfection of the workspace between clients. Our team members wear masks, gloves, and other necessary protective gear to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Appointment-only bookings: To limit the number of people in our premises and ensure proper social distancing, we have transitioned to an appointment-only system. This helps us manage the flow of clients and minimize overcrowding, allowing for a safer and more controlled environment.
Enhanced cleaning and sanitization: We have intensified our cleaning procedures to ensure that all surfaces, chairs, and tools are regularly sanitized using approved disinfectants. High-touch areas such as door handles, counters, and restroom facilities are given extra attention to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Mandatory health screenings: Prior to each appointment, we conduct health screenings for both our staff and clients. This includes temperature checks and a brief questionnaire to identify any potential symptoms or exposure risks. Anyone displaying symptoms or who has been in contact with a Covid-19 positive individual is rescheduled to a later date.
Personal protective equipment (PPE): Our staff members are equipped with personal protective equipment, including masks, gloves, and face shields, to minimize the risk of transmission. We kindly request our clients to wear masks during their visit as an added precautionary measure.
