What do you love most about your job?
Change - being in so many different industries across the week - one day we are in Gaushala, another day real estate, third-day manufacturing, next day IoT, day after SAAS, and so on.
Versatility - We are function agnostic - we tackle HR, Operations, Strategy, Marketing, Finance, and much more together.
Solving Problems - We tackle difficult challenges and we are in constant firefighting or building something new.
Love & Respect - We get a lot of respect from our clients and their staff. That is the most essential part of work nowadays. We end up forging strong relationships with people.
Learning - We need to learn a lot and that's how we become the best version of ourselves.

What inspired you to start your own business?
Lots of MSME businesses were going sick.
They needed to hire top talent from IITs and IIMs but they were not a big brand neither they had big wallets so couldn't.
They have a huge passion to grow the business and big dreams and need good support to realize their visions.

We do online sessions and maintain high safety protocols like social distancing and masking at all times outside the consulting session too.

A once or twice weekly engagement aimed to speed up the business growth, and sort out problems across any function (HR, Operations, Sales & Marketing, Strategy, Production, etc.)
This is ideation plus implementation support end-to-end service.
Business Counselling
A quarterly engagement with 1/2/3 sessions a month as per business owner need to be aimed at only discussions and guidance of solutions.
This is an ideation service only.
