I recently had a CCTV camera setup installed in my house, and while the service was commendably prompt and fast, the pricing left me dissatisfied. Urgency led to an extra charge of 5k, making it considerably more expensive than market rates. Moreover, an unexpected online service fee of 1500 was added, not disclosed beforehand.
