What do you love most about your job?
Being a Career Empowerment Coach aids me in being my authentic self. I am an action-oriented person who gets driven by quality results. Additionally, I love to invest in people to let them live to their true potential. In this process of building trust and relationships with people, it becomes my responsibility to help them achieve their career goals. It gives me immense satisfaction and happiness.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My core values guide my choices and decisions. After more than 25 years of contributing to the IVD segment of the Healthcare industry, I wanted to balance my work and life with flexibility of time and work style. After investing in my personal development, I improved my understanding of myself. I feel motivated and highly engaged as I challenge myself to achieve new skills and milestones. I want to share my experiences with mid-career individuals who have this misconception that their career growth is the responsibility of their managers or seniors.
