There is very Big Story for Provided Pathetic Service.
My Father is Diabetic patient and Sample was Scheduled on Sunday (7th Nov) Till Date (11th Nov) after chasing too much It’s Not Collected.
Please find the Attached Screenshot.
Now I am waiting for my Refund.

This diagnostic center has so bad customer service as you have to follow up for report 6to7 times a day but they can't give the report as per schedule time. Also they will not update you about the pending report. once your give any sample to this centre next it's your duty to follow up for reports. The center has the duty to slots and payment from the customer after once payment & sample taken it's customer has to follow them fir report that to follow in every hrs. I miss my surgery for report from this center. Plz friends it's better you chose another center or take written confirmation of scheduled report. More...

Very Unprofessional lab, i did multipal follow ups for our reports.
As they mention timely report in their ads which is false ,
I got my wife reports after multipal call, E-mails ( which was unanswered) & after 4th day i am still waiting for my mother reports.
Not Getting any response.
Waste of Money & now cant belive on accuracy of the report.
