What’s your interior design process?
We prefer videos, pictures and plan layout of the site to be shared with us before we make a site visit. We want the clients to sit with us and discuss & share ideas around the project after we have given them a rough pitch of how we would like to go about it. However discussed, we are likely to share 2D and/or 3D designs within a week as soon as payment towards the same is made. We usually have 3 sessions of design alteration/improvisation post which a qoute is given. As soon as the designs are finalised, 50% advance payment needs to be released to get things started, 35% towards realisation of the project and 15% when the project stands complete and delivered.
Which interior design styles can you cater for?
We can cater to any style of interior design. We specifically relate to clients who are looking for quality work.
How long have you been in business?
It has been 6 years in the business now. We have had a great stride understanding people and their needs along the way. We have come across some really lovely people who are ready to believe in us and in our taste of designs. Not to forget the supremely talented team which makes every project a love affair.
What guarantee does your work come with?
Usually when we qoute a client for a certain project, we discuss it heavily so that he/she understands how and why they’re being charged to what they are being charged. It is the the expertise and experience of handling layouts & other products that one pays for, not just mere how the final layout looks. If a client goes by our qoute, we give them a 3 year guarantee and free service towards any faults.
What do you love most about your job?
One can say, it is our OCD that works wonder when promising standards of the delivery of a certain project. WE WANT WHAT WE WANT. We as the team of PROJECTS 81, want our share of fame in our line of work - it is as simple as that.
