Worst experience ever it was a disaster there was fire in my room on 4 th may on 2 nd floor due to AC short circuit and it appeared as if it is nothing new to them there were no alarms thank god I woke or else it would have been my last night there the manager took forever to come And gave me a verbal confirmation that we are sorry we will take care of it shifted me to another room to no suprisw the AC in that room was also not working then they repaired it Stayed there after being told that we will take care and consider but they almost did nothing and my sister who is a lawyer called them so they started telling her why did I stay there after the incident so the verbal apology was just a game play So beware everyone who wants to book a hotel Worst ever experience In a hospitality industry this treatment and this carelessness should not happen u cannot palu woth lives
