A well-planned out website should always be considered a great website. By planning, we mean content, image, and navigation. You don't want to make it too complicated for your users to access your website content. Make the website light and fast-loading. Use images only when necessary. Ensure the user experience is always at par and the website is 100% responsive.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
We ask the client their vision about the project and what they want to accomplish with this project. We try to understand their basic requirements. We enquire if they have Logos for their website. We also ask about their preferences in terms of colors and branding requirements.
What do you love most about your job?
Creativity is a big part of this job. Whether you design a website or plan a marketing strategy, you have to have a plan to achieve that. Your creativity helps you get what you want to achieve. Sharing your ideas and receiving inputs from the client makes you grow as a professional.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Entrepreneurship is in my DNA. My father had a small watch shop, and I started sitting with my father at that shop when I was 12 years old. I observed and learned so much about craft, being as small as it was at that point. I worked in 2 businesses for about 8 years of the start of my career. I learned a lot from those jobs. I decided to use my knowledge to build an IT company of my own. That drove me to start my own business.
Why should our clients choose you?
The fact that I've been doing this for over 15 years and running my business successfully for over 11 years, should say something about my consistency. I don't compromise on quality. I'm not affordable to everyone, but people who hire me, get their every penny's worth of service from me. In the 15 years, I've worked in this industry, I've learned so much about so many things. I've evolved with time and my approach to any project is as much analytical as practical.

Yes, we can offer all our services remotely (Online). We have been in business since late 2010 and we have a client base in around 21 countries around the world. We have a major client base is in USA and Canada. We have been offering services remotely for over a decade now. With the use of technology, things have only gotten better in terms of Internet speed to video conferencing.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We are a web services company, so clients hardly ever have to visit our office to get services. We offer teleconsultation, email, and other means for clients to interact with us. Additionally, we have UV Scanner, Compulsary Mask Use, and Sanitizer facility available in our office for walk-in customers.
