Online and remote services are preferred. The services include telephonic discussions and video conferencing, and deliverables over email in the soft format.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All initiatives are taken keeping the mandate of Covid-19 in mind, including ensuring that people in my office and teams are vaccinated, and they use sanitizers and practice the regulations prescribed for safety against Covid-19.
Development of complete plans for residential flats, Bungalows, Cottages.
Based on the requirements, and service request demand, I shall provide conceptual plans, detail plans, construction material plan, elevation, sections, and 3 dimensional images showing illumination concepts, and finishes, along with spacial arrangements etc.
Addition and alteration plan to existing building and flats
Based on service request demand, I shall provide addition and alteration plan as per the clients requirement and wish list, based on as-built plans provided by the client for the addition and alteration plan.
If demanded, the Mechanical, Electrical and plumbing installation recommendations shall also be provided.
Facade development plans, and facade renovation plan.
Based on service request, face-lift and facade development plans can be undertaken as per the service request.
The service shall include conceptual plan, and final plan based on inputs from he client / end user.
Based on service request, the deliverable shall include 3 dimensional visualization renderings against additional charges.
Interior design plans.
Based on service requests, interior design plans for residential, interior, office interiors, Retail outlets, shops, Malls, shall be provided.
Material plan, and execution plan can be provided at additional charges.
Three dimensional pictorial renderings shall be provided at an additional costs.
