What do you love most about your job?
Helping others , understanding the importance of mental well being. And inculcating the same in people suffering and ans not understanding the importance of it. Valuaing life and helping people understand their issues, helping them overcome them by speaking about it. Explaining what is needed by an individual to come out of their issues. Helping them overcome hurdles, which they would generally categories as temporary phases, which may lead to permanent damages. Spreading awareness regarding mental health and helping them understand themselves better.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The way I can connect to and understand emotions, empathise with people, inspired me to start my own business. People were constantly reaching out to me with their problems and were always satisfied with the solutions I provided, this pushed me to get educated in counseling, finish my course and start helping people professionally.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I had take online sessions during quarantine so that clients could be safe and talk to me from the comfort of their homes.
Now I have started taking offline sessions as well, so I make sure my clients and I wear our masks, they are also asked to sanitize their hands before entering my office.
