Fraud. Dont be fooled by their hospitality at all. Please read my experience carefully. What they dont tell you is the out of the leasing amount you will only get 40% of the total amount and 60% will be taken you m3m developers. Before leasing, I was getting 12% return, however, after just 1.5 year, my return was reduced to barely 5%. The had an agreement of 30-40 pages which they had told me to sign, one of the point in it was that the assuted return is valid only till the time M3M applies for occupation letter.
