What’s your signature dish?
I specialize in sea foods especially my signature dish is prawn briyani, prawn Manchurian, chicken pepper gravy, and icecreams
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I understand the client requirement with a detailed questionnaire. Then based on the budget I give them my menu suggestions which is narrowed down keeping in mind the cost, time and purpose of the event. I stress on no food waste.
What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy cooking different menus for different people. The moment I see my client enjoying the food and a word of appreciation makes my day.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Basically I love to cook different cuisine right from my school days. Moreover I run an organic store... where in the people who visited my store always used to ask me how to cook traditional rice and millets. This give me push to start with catering services too.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We use organic turmeric with curcumin average 4.76 to wash all veggies and non veg raw material. And cooking medium is cleaned and disinfected as per the required standards. Our staffs are periodically monitored for cold and flu.
Catering
We do catering for birth day parties, baby shower, naming ceremony, engagements, etc. Based on client requirement we customize the food suit the occasion. Our food is prepared with fresh and organic ingredients with all love and care.
Corporate Food services
We supply breakfast, lunch and dinner for corporates, hospital, schools and colleges for all occasion.
Live counters
We do live with focus on healthy foods with traditional recipes.
