Helping them independently work on their emotional challenges and help them overcome ther struggles and build a new perspective towards life.
What inspired you to start your own business?
My inquisitiveness to know how two people respond differently in the same situation. Interesting, ain’t it ?

Mind Unwind is a place that provides a very safe and non judgmental environment to its clients. It keeps the confidentiality and makes the client feel comfortable throughout his or her journey in therapy with the help of our empathetic approach.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
The clinics have been equipped enough to provide safety via frequent sanitization and encouraging clients to wear a mask.

Mind Unwind helps client reflect on their deep rooted struggles, beliefs, values and emotions and use them as a resource to overcome their fears, blocks and struggles.
It also helps them learn to become their own therapist in future to help themselves to overcome their emotional challenges.
Mind Unwind also provides its Career Discovery Program to help students of 8th-9th-10th-11th-12th to discover their road map for their career
