I recently attended a reiki session program : 20 sessions in 20 days conducted by POOJA for my mental, e and financial issues, and I must say, it was a rejuvenating experience.
POOJA was very welcoming and she genuinely helped and discussed to understand the issue which made me feel comfortable and connected . The setting was also very peaceful and calming, which helped me relax.
During the session, POOJA first spoke to me about my issues and listened patiently to what I had to say. They then started with the reiki healing and energy transfer. I could feel a warm sensation in my body, and it was very soothing. The practitioner also played soft music, which added to the overall calming effect.
After the session, I felt light and refreshed. My mind was clearer, and I felt like a weight had been lifted off my shoulders. The practitioner also gave me some tips on how to manage my issues in the future, which was very helpful and informative.
Overall, I would highly recommend this reiki session conducted by anyone dealing with mental and emotional issues. It's a holistic approach that can help one attain mental and emotional balance, and the practitioner's skills and demeanor can make all the difference.
