I got lash extensions done this was my first time and overall i was ok with the service offered although i have headache for some reason. However, i happened to visit another well known salon one and of their experts informed that the lashes used are mixed and not human hair( the one high quality used by most of the salons) as communicated to me. Feel of my lashes also not soft it's hard how it gets post applying mascara. Overall i am not the expert but after all the discussion with the other salon and MG team. I am fairly disappointed and felt cheated and won't recommend. I had not applied mascara so it wasn't because of mascara. Nor i had applied any other product and i also understand it's not an individual hair lash extension. But i for sure can tell you the quality and way it was applied was not right comperative to what i had witnessed on others. I am not saying you aren't an expert, that's how even i landed up to your salon. May be it's the expert who performed the task was not really an expert yet. However, for your information post drying the glue became super hard and since they were added to my original lash they started itching and annoying everytime I closed my eye lids as the dried glue was directly landing on my lower eye lid. I finally had to get it removed and the whole inconvenience that it caused me is beyond explanation. It didn't only cost money and a red swollen eye but a great deal of disappointment and stress because i could not attend the wedding that i was getting myself ready for. More...
