They customise the design of your house as per your needs and taste and do not use any run of the mill designs from a catalogue. Their design process was a breeze. Oh I can’t even begin to explain how grateful I am for Kaleidoscope and their services. I not only acquired my apartment through them but they also have been taking care of it on my behalf for more than two years now and not even for a single second have I had any complaint.
The process of buying the apartment was seamless, quick and professional thanks to Alok.
Since then they have been taking care of the apartment. They help with maintenance and upgrading the facilities all the time and I have had multiple tenants since then. Never in my life had I thought that buying maintaining and renting out a property in Bangalore could be so easy.

I involved Kaleidoscope during the handover process itself, as I had to fly back immediately. Alok (owner) set up virtual meetings to create and finalize the design, made genuine recommendations and helped me out of way to coordinate with the building manager to quickly begin and complete the interiors well within the agreed timeline. He involved his team (Shreya) to start the property renting process and I don’t believe that I already had a tenant within a couple of days soon after the interiors were done, altogether less than 30 days, which was totally a delight. The overall process was super professional and well organized, involved checkpoint reviews, approval process, etc. which ensured transparency in the end to end process. In nutshell, I am glad that I involved Kaleidoscope to manage my property (interiors + rental) which indeed made my life hassle-free specifically sitting aboard. I would give 6/5 star, 1 extra for the flexibility and help, he extended during the whole process and would definitely recommend his services to everyone. More...

We recently became proud residents of our flat in Nikoo Homes, Bharatiya City. Thanks to team Kaleidoscope for creating this beautiful space for us.
Couple of months back we visited Nikoo to look at work done by some interior decorators we found through friends. In the elevator, one of the occupants was carrying a wicker basket. Upon enquiring, he mentioned that this was for interior work that was in progress in one of the flats. It piqued our interest and we requested to see the work. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of materials being used and the clean lines of the design. It was elegant as well as practical.
We requested a meeting with the person in charge and were immediately taken to the Kaleidoscope office, and that’s where we met Alok. I think in just about 10 minutes we decided we are going to go ahead and engage Kaleidoscope to get our interiors done. Alok listens to every requirement you might have patiently and suggests which of those make sense and which don’t. We had number of impractical suggestions and he advised us against it to ensure we didn’t regret in future. We had a lot of customizations and the team delivered end to end within 60 days. The best part is, all the communication was done via emails, whatsapp messages and video calls. There was no reason for us to personally visit the site or office, as Alok and team ensured we are updated with photos and videos of the work on regular basis.
Even after we moved in, Kaleidoscope team has extended their support to ensure our move is smooth and stay is comfortable.
I highly recommend Alok and the whole team of Kaleidoscope to anyone who is looking at getting end to end interiors done irrespective of the budget involved.
