According to me everything starts from relating first to the unique situation my customer is placed in, unless I relate first accurately and I won't be able to reflect further on what kind of approach would be most appropriate one for the person. Then starts another mini journey on making my customer relate to my recommended approach .. it all needs to unfold in a manner that is right fit for the unique situation of the other .. and it is not something that can happen at a lightening speed either - it needs to unfold slowly, anyways best wishes for your future! Yes, certainly it takes patience to understand someone else and I must tell you it takes infinitely greater patience to understand oneself in terms of what are one's Drivers & one's own Resistors .. of course while the former really push us forward, it is the latter that are capable of stopping us in our tracks for an extended time - not so easy to shake them off, I must say having worked at this for myself for a long time. Thank you for being such an enthusiastic supporter of the WA Community-Based learning and Sunday weekly Zoom calls Veerabhadra Rao Garu, we have named this aptly as "Important but Not Urgent" just to help people reflect aloud that often very IMPORTANT matters are procrastinated upon, often till they become too LATE to act upon!
What do you love most about your job?
I consider Training / Coaching / Mentoring / Counselling / Healing - all these to be different ways and to address the overall issue of Human Capability (Some corrective and some developmental in their approach). These also have some overlaps within them so that it is important consider them as a continuum rather than discrete entities. I have explored all these above and more and I am on a journey over the last 2 decades to uncover/realize my potential to emerge as genuine life/career TRANSITIONS COACH-CUM-MENTOR . I consider the act of supporting another unique individual in realizing his/her potential while being supported to muster the wherewithal to overcome the specific challenges that life throws at them to be a great opportunity and honor.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Not really a business in the conventional sense of the word, but I consider this to be an overall career and life integration opportunity for me. I just happened to take up the act of Training / Development and Mentoring within a Corporate in 2005. After playing for over 10 years, the same had to be pursued outside of the wall of the given organization, so I was forced to make my canvas wider. One difference I find since the shift, earlier I could afford to focus only on so called professional skills while the so called personal issues were often pushed under the rug, now I see that it is sort of reversal of the approach is what is really needed for many people out there as it is the individual/personal issues which tend to block the overall professional/larger issues in life.
Why should our clients choose you?
Because of my ability to relate to individuals in a very unique way to their specific worldview along with my ability to customize my offering to right-fit their needs. However, this would require me to understand my clients well, hence my choice to work with only very few people at any given time. I also insist on making the commitment over a few weeks at minimum ideally over couple of quarters as I certainly have no magic wand as the difference need to be brought in by the given individual for himself/herself, while I can ONLY provide the best nudge that I can, but the DIFFERENCE can only be caused by the individual for himself/herself.

Online - very much possible, including phone and video calls. However, direct physical interaction needs to be limited to city of HYDERABAD(Telengana) only.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
The nature of my service is primarily Online - so by nature, it is Covd-19 friendly. In case of physical interaction due precautions will be taken.

I think there is a constant Osmosis happening between Life and Career - So I believe in offering an integrated offering, I also possess significant expertise in the area of Transitions as I have personally authored a book on the same which is a product of many years of explorations & research - So I effectively bring that into the overall approach that I have with a client.
