We had initially booked deep cleaning for our empty apartment in Urban company like any other individual. But after visiting the house they refused to clean the apartment saying that this was beyond their expertise.
So we googled for other deep cleaning services in Mumbai Andheri West and got in touch with Home Care Asia Pacific Dor Deep cleaning services.
From the process of booking their service till completion of deep cleaning they were very professional.
1. They had sent reminder emails regarding our booking slot one day prior.
2. On the day of cleaning, they just arrived just in time.
3. They immediately started cleaning up the apartment by taking one room for each person.
4. They quoted the estimated time of finishing and called us up just 30 min before they completed the work.
Now regarding the quality of their work: Their cleaning services right from the bedrooms to kitchen to bathrooms and terrace/balconies, they were excellent and much beyond our expectation!! Extremely professional!!

The cleaner sent to my house is from Hom Cleaning Services Staff is Ronak & Kunal, they is super good and efficient. they is familiar with all the cleaning stuff, knows her routine and knows where to start first, she cleans very well and fast with little guidance only, she would help me do extra cleanings whenever they has time.
I am very happy and comfortable having her to clean my place.
And also thumbs up to customer care team, they are very responsive and always accommodate my holiday weeks. Thank you!

I wasn’t sure what to expect as this was my first time using a cleaning service, but I must say that my experience was truly pleasant from start to end.
The website was easy to use and assigned a cleaner quickly for the timing that I requested.
The cleaner arrived and quickly got to work without me having to give any instructions. As I was busy working during that time, he cleaned, wiped, vacuumed and mopped efficiently. he figured out where things were and didn’t have to bother me at all. he also took the initiative and cleaned some areas like the top of skirtings without me asking. Overall, both my husband and I were very impressed with how clean our place was after the service. We will engage our cleaner again and recommend Helpling to anyone looking for a cleaning service!
