Hi I am very thankful and lucky to have Sapna Mam as my Dietician 😊She is my first Dietician I have come across during Pandemic who helped me alot to lose weight and also helped me to come out from the problem i was facing (PCOD, Menstrual Cycle) Through her I learned what to eat and when to eat and also how to control portion, how balance our meals, how to manage Sweet craving and till today I am following her and her diet and planning my weekly in well advance ( made weekly meal chart what to and how to eat). I have just recently started my diet plan with Sapna, what i liked the most about her is that she tried to know n understand my preferences and accordingly gave me a plan. Also she practically understands our situation for not being able to follow the diet due to certain reason or our cravings and gives us solutions to deal with it. She give a variety of food options in a plan, which is easily manageable. And the best part she doesn't give any other supplement kind of things. She believes in taking energy from food. I joined the 3 months program and in 2 weeks of starting my diet I noticed that my daily sweet cravings had gone and I didn’t find the need to pick up a midnight snack either.
I noticed changes in my eating patterns, found it easier to manage portions even while “cheating” on the diet.
I have followed plans from other people in the past but only Sapna’s plan had genuinely regular updates and follow ups.
Getting a new set of options every 10 days helped staying on track and is definitely more sustainable in the long run
