I prefer to be more confedential and understand one space and emotions when sharing to me as a professional. I eventually try guiding out people to thke their own desicion therefore taking charge of themselves. Even online session are high on cofidentiality and maintaing the same protocol as inpetson counseling.

Yes both online and inperson services are available. Personal and group session can also be conducted required by the client

Due to pandamic time, people of all age groups have become more technology focused and reachable. So without waiting for appointment we are reaching out people convieniently and also which is pockect friendly and time saving.
