What do you love most about your job?
We are into Litigation & Arbitration for 16 years, and we take pride in being so.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Law is one field that has endless possibilities vis-a-vis the solutions and remedies that may be drawn out to a problem or grievance. It is like 'engineering', or should we say 'social engineering', it all depends upon the situation you are posed with. What nut and bolt you put in it to resurrect or create or deliver, is left to your creativity whilst observing the principles and rules of the game. And having your own provides the necessary independence that is required to nurture that skill of 'creativity'.
Why should our clients choose you?
We resolve to provide dedicated and customised service based on Clients' instruction and objective. Mr. D. Bhattacharya has over 16 years' experience in Litigation & Arbitration in the stated fields.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Yes, we can. We can provide consultation and indulge in discussion over virtual modes, like, email, whatsapp voice call, zoom call etc. The case papers may be sent over email or courier to our office, and based on such, discussion may be undertaken.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We try having most of our interactions over virtual / online modes like email, phone calls and video/ voice calls.
