D2H Property

Started our D2H journey about 2 months back [mid Feb-22], after seeing the previous positive ratings in FB.
The professional way things are handled by D2H, Iam very impressed. The Owner of D2H, Mr Sandeep is a thorough profesional & gentleman who spends good enought time with you to understand the requirement, the kind of property we are looking at, the area, budget etc., an much more. Only after he very is clear about the requirments, he will engage one of his team members to accompany us to the shortlisted properties from his list of all available properties they have. Kindly note that D2H is very strong in Mulund & adjoining areas and knows the area extremely well. D2H was so meticulous that we could finalize on the property just after 4-5 rounds of visit to his office/various project sites & after scouting for atleast 20-22 different properties which was near to our type of requirement. My individual rating is based on the detailed parameter which is listed as under:

- Accuracy: almost all the properties he had shown was falling under my budget, location & area
- Time is of essence: Mr Sandeep & his staff is very particular about the time, which impressed me most. We never had to wait for him, infact his person makes himself available well in advance at the agreed meeting point. He calls you few days in advance & provides the basic informations on the properties to be visited for the particular day. He is clear on the properties to be visited for the particular day, he explains all available details at the site, introduces the Seller/Owner whereever possible, without wasting any time in waiting etc.
- Quality: He clarifies about the property details & whenever there are minor issues , he explains those in details & the reason for still showing the property
- Value: As explained earlier, he values the relationship and try to explain the maximum about the property, its benefits. For the under construction properties, he make sure that Mr Sandeep himself accompanies with us to different project sites and explains about the project.

Mr Sandeep was available with us from the very begning (day 1) until the deal was closed finally with Kalpataru Mulund after 2 months. He provided all inpunts , points to be discussed with the seller etc. He will guide you to get the best possible deal and hence am very happy & satisfied with the kind of service he provided. I also must mention & thank his Team Member (a young lad) - Mr. Chetan. He accompanied with us to atlast 15-16 different property sites and explained thing s in detail.

Am so convinced with this service that I am still taking his guidance for another episode of this property hopping (selling of my existing property in different). And Mr Sandeep as usually provided us with his invaluable experience, shares his views w/o any bias.
