Indirect Tax Advisory- Service Tax, GST, Customs
1) Providing opinions on multiple indirect tax issues such as applicability of GST, credit availability, reporting in returns etc.
2) Assistance during departmental investigations and audits. Preparation of appropriate replies to objections and issues raised by the authorities.
3) Classification of multiple products under Customs/ GST law and determination of applicable tax rates.
