Q&As

We basically work in three major phases. These collectively form the entire interior design process.

1) Strategic Planning Phase:
Our first step when we take up an interior design drafting services project is to inspect the job site and do a walkthrough. To get into the shoes of your client, it is imperative that you get to know them.

Salient Features of Strategic Design Phase:
Gathering Client Brief – Getting to know the client better
Deciding on a budget for the project
Finalizing the timeframe for the entire process
2) Conceptual Development Phase:
During the conceptual development, we try to add functionality to your space.
Salient Features of Conceptual Development Phase

Ideas are converted into sketches
The illustrations include basic site plans, simple elevations, new floor plans to make use of blank spaces and rough sections
These are sent to client for review
Design is finalized after approval.
3) Design Development Phase
Once you approve the design, we’re all set to let our creative juices flow. The design development phase is all about adding details to your design. The idea is to create a fusion of your approve design with your architectural style. Say your house is a Mid-Century Modern. What kind of style detail would accentuate the furnishing? How do you hide the HVAC better? There are multiple questions that need a lot of thought and our designers are literally experts in doing so. The same goes for Transitional Styles, Pacific-Northwest Styles, Modern-Rustic or Minimalistic structures.
Everything that we select, right from finishes to flooring, tile, wooden pieces are in sync with the design theme you approved. And these are illustrated via new proposed floor plans, detailed drawings, wall elevations and other visual aids. Apart from this, room layouts, fabrics, wall coverings, color selection, millwork and cabinetry, textiles and lighting is also taken care of.

Salient Features of Design Development Phase
The approved schematic design finalized in this phase is further developed
Sections, floor plans and elevations are accentuated with accurate dimensions
Additional details of colors, material, location of doors and windows, finishes, furnishing etc. is also included in the design
The final design is converted into 3D and sent to client for approval
In a nutshell, the design development phase plans out everything for your space.

1. Traditional
Balance and symmetry are the key words that define this style. A traditional style décor provides the feeling of warmth and comfort through colours, furniture designs and furniture placement. Furniture pieces are placed in a formal manner at a focal point in the room and the arrangement is focused on comfort. A sense of order and familiarity is reflected from the architecture and the accessories.

2. Modern
Form follows function in modern interiors. This style was a response against the traditional look – asymmetry is celebrated and its design essence includes clean lines in architecture and furniture. The emphasis is more on open floor plans and clutter free décor.

3.4. Contemporary
While it is often confused with the modern style, this one is a more serious interpretation of it. Here the focus is on the basics of line, shape and form; the overall look is always fresh and importance is given to open spaces and natural light. Sleek features and clean lines without any extravagant element are what define these spaces. The look is muted and masculine. Here visual interest is created with materials rather than with colours.

6. Indian
A riot of colours and abundance of patterns brought together is how one can define Indian décor. This style is not about the subtle and the subdued. While many patterns are seen in fabrics, furniture, wallpapers and even flooring, paisley and other Indian motifs take prominence.
Statue of deities, such as Ganesha, carpets with intricate patterns, and curtains made of materials like jute, are the predominant markers of this design style.
7. Industrial
Unfinished, raw and a little rustic, the industrial design style brings the warehouse look inside your four walls. This style got popular, as the trend to convert old factories into loft or studio apartment gained momentum. An open floor plan, high ceilings, bare windows, exposed pipes, bare bricks on the wall and rough surfaces are some of its characteristics. The architecture of the room is on full display and polished concrete floors usually anchor the whole look.

First of all, i love the field of Architecture, because it gives me freedom to work upon what styles i can incorporate in my design through my creativity and vision. Creativity and art is the main reason behind choosing this field as a career because iam not depandant on previous researches and just copy paste in this profession, boardly i can simple think and design according to the client physologym, behaviour and thought process. These are the main reason i love being in this field and profession.

After completing my graduation, firstly i worked under several companies and firm for learning and grooming. Sooner i realised, if i want to achieve something i need to work indepandant from any company or office to learn and execute my creative input and ideas into real world. From late 2020's i started as a freelancer and completed several projects in the field of architecture and interior designing. Now my ultimate goal is to satisfy my cleints through my work in every aspects and challenges.

Iam completely transparent and honest person who love to entertain my client in every possible way of design creative inputs and flexible to client design ideas also. I want to work under one one condition that we go through small several faces of discussion so that we can incorporate every possible inputs to achieve ultimate goal to execute project in terms of drawings and 3d's. Also, I take time very seriously so if i have made any time commitment then i always try to fulfill by words and same thing i expect from my client also, In terms of timely payments.

Basically, I am based in South Delhi. I can come in person only in Delhi NCR areas and nearby areas Also. And for out of stations i prefer to work by online also. For online and ofline Client, i only process your work only after releasing some advance payment either 25-50%.

Dring Covid-19, I mostly preferred only work due to quarantine and all and if i had to gone to site inspection and measurement i usually carried and put mask and sanitisers to prevent from Corona. But these days as things have been getting relaxed, i mostly prefer to work in person as it gets easy to know requirement and all.
