Q&As

I love the fact that I get to listen and explore my client's issues and provide them the tools to help them solve their own problems. Enabling the client, and watching them become a better version of themselves, is the most satisfying feeling about my job.

I have always been an entrepreneur. But, I have also, always known, that my purpose in life was to serve the people. Both of these, infused together, is what brought me, to taking up life and mindfulness coaching.

If I were you, I'd choose me to be my mentor, because, all my life, I've been learning to become a better person, and still do.
I believe I can make a difference in your life, by showing a part of myself, and a part of yourself, you never knew existed within you.

Yes. My services are offered all across the globe remotely.
Anybody from anywhere in the world, can get in touch with me.

All sessions of mine, are online. It ensures, zero contact, a hundred percent satisfaction.

"A life coach basically plans for you, she holds you accountable and responsible for goals you set in your life, and helps improve aspects of your life, you're struggling to do alone.
I use a mindfulness approach to it, meaning, I emphasise such goals, with aspects of being easy on ourselves, understanding why we do things the way we do on the basis of understanding about our childhood, being in the moment, accepting our past and current selves, and becoming a better version of ourselves everyday."

This is a message I sent to one of my friends, who was curious as to who a life coach is, and what approach I use.
