Initial telephonic conversation with client.
Taking work information and requirement brief from client.
Analyzing the given brief.
Based on that given brief we provide item wise quotation.

• Understanding client needs, preparing brief and site situation.
• Preparing concept design of any interior design project or architectural work through sketches Collage, graphical presentation.
• Preparing final design plans, elevations, sections, details etc on auto cad.
• Preparing final working drawings for execution work on auto cad.
• Preparing conceptual 3d modeling or walk through on Sketch up or Revit.
• Preparing final 3d modeling on Revit.
GENERAL MANAGEMENT DUTIES
• Overall financial management (keeping record of yearly incomes, expenses, budgetary distribution of finance on office rent, office staff, equipments, advertisement, marketing, updating knowledge, savings for future expantion, health, safety & security etc.)
• Man power management (appointing or withdrawing different required staff legally)
TECHNICLAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT DUTIES
• Preparing bill of quantities.
• Preparing estimates.
• Preparing tender documents to appoint different agencies or consultants.
• Preparing work schedule with time limit and desired quality standards.
• Selection of qualified agencies for execution of the project.
• Meeting among different agencies, client, government or private bodies for execution arrangements and legal agreements.
• Assigning different responsibility to different person.
ON SITE EXECUTION DUTIES
• Periodic site visits during site execution of Civil Construction/Architectural work.
• Solving different problem during execution.
