I joined Dr. Niru Mathur Ma'am's weight loss plan, and the diet she provided is really easy to follow because it includes home-cooked meals. She also incorporated things like tea or coffee, which I usually crave and find hard to skip. After following her diet, I feel much lighter and more energetic. I've lost 1.5 kg in two weeks, which is a big deal for me. Since January, I had been trying to lose weight, but my weight only fluctuated around 1 kg. It would decrease a little, but if I ate something, it would increase again. I also exercised a lot, but didn’t get the desired results as I learned from ma'am that 70% of weight loss is about diet and only 30% is exercise.
