I have been training with Jay for several years now. He has always been very professional, kind, and responsible. He manages my diet carefully and always replies quickly whenever I have questions. Jay is truly dedicated and always adjusts my training to suit my goals.
Recently, I watched him prepare for his bodybuilding competition and lose a lot of weight with incredible discipline. Seeing his effort gave me so much motivation. Even while preparing for the competition, he never looked tired and always focused 100 percent during our sessions.

I've tried gyms and diets for the last 20 years and nothing seemed to stick. Peak Performance changed all that. Jonny went above and beyond to educate me and help me make changes for life. My biggest requirement was that it had to be sustainable, I wanted to still have a beer or some chocolate sometimes! Jonny's approach helped me work in healthy eating habits and realistic exercise into my life with minimal adjustment.
Flexible programs are a massive draw card too. Often, trainers will have 1 price and 1 program. Peak Performance were really flexible in their approach and offering.
Strongly recommend for anyone who is flat out balancing work and family life!

I signed up to work with Jonny because at the age of 52, I was struggling to lose fat and change my shape even though I was exercising regularly. I found I was injuring myself regularly and was constantly fatigued and dissatisfied with the way I looked. Jonny gathered extensive information from myself and my physio to create a workout regime that supported my physical limitations at the time, while still creating a routine that offered challenge where I wanted it.
Within 3 months, I was seeing a dramatic change in my body. I had lost a large about of body fat and could see definition in places I hadn’t been defined in years. Like my abs and my arms. Jonny is encouraging, supportive and challenging if you want it. His overwhelming message is safety. My body is stronger than it’s been in years, I’m proud and more confident than I’ve been in years. The impact Jonny’s training and supportive advice has had on my mental health as a result, is something I struggle to put into words. I am truely forever grateful. I have and will continue to recommend Jonny to anyone needing support in their exercise journey, or those already fit/healthy, wanting to step things up a notch.
