There is a LOT that yoga can do for you: - Develop and maintain good physical health, strength, and flexibility, - Greatly reduce levels of stress and anxiety, - Help you sleep better, - (Re)discover motivation, confidence, and inspiration in life, - Improve interpersonal and professional relationships, and a healthy relationship with oneself, - Focus the mind and make it more efficient and capable, ... and much more. I have been studying and practising yoga since 2005, and teaching it for the past 12 years. During this time, I have developed efficient methods and approaches to cater to a wide range of goals and needs. I work with all levels of ability and experience, from complete beginners wishing to improve their quality of life, to serious seekers of holistic personal evolution and transformation. Thanks to my in-depth training over many years, including 5 years of residential ashram training in India, I have mastered and successfully applied the following systems: - Hatha Yoga: dynamic and steady postures, breathing and cleansing practices for vibrant physical health, balanced nervous system, motivation and elevated levels of energy; - Raja Yoga: a range of techniques for deep relaxation, concentration, meditation, and positive self-analysis; - Naada and Mantra Yoga: techniques based on the use of sound and own voice to find expression, inspiration, stress release and profound relaxation on a cellular level, and - Elements of yogic lifestyle, for those who wish to go deeper and tackle the root causes of depression, frustration, and other debilitating conditions. Regardless of your goals, needs, health condition or level of experience, I can set up a course tailor-made just for you. In addition to a live class, I can provide you with a selection of video and audio materials to support your practice and allow you to get the best possible results. You do not need to be interested in all the elements of yoga mentioned above: when we schedule your induction call, it will become a lot clearer as to which of them are most helpful and relevant to you. If you wish to improve your experience of daily life, I will give you comprehensive yet easy-to-follow ways to do just that, with yoga. P.S.: if you'd like to get an experiential idea of my approach and the various uses of yoga in daily life, feel free to check out my YouTube videos here on Bark.

What do you love most about your job?

Being able to share the teachings of classical yoga and see my students' lives improve by their application is just about the most rewarding type of job I can imagine.

What inspired you to start your own business?

A strongly felt need to present yoga in its original, complete form, due to its generally high level of dilution, limitation, and distortion in the West.
Yoga has solutions for literally every problem and every person, but most people think of it as some form of stretching with a spiritual twist.
Helping people through yoga, and helping yoga through raising awareness: these are the two major driving forces behind my work.

Why should our clients choose you?

I have been very fortunate to receive training in classical yoga. This traditional system, known as Bihar Yoga, has a sweeping approach allowing me to create programmes that are just right for my students individually - no matter who they are.
My clients include students, professionals, young or retired, in good health or with major challenges, and anywhere in between, with the most diverse needs and goals in life.
It is therefore very likely that I will be able to help you find your own path as well!

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

My online platform, The Living Yoga Project, is my main medium for teaching yoga in all forms.
However, physical classes are also slowly coming back after some hiatus due to Covid, and I do teach private classes in a physical setting, too.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

By taking my business online almost exclusively. I also teach practices that have been shown to have major beneficial effects on overall health, the immune system in particular.
