Sierra worked well for us we lost the weight we wanted to in less than half time we planned to do it in. What we both really liked is that she showed us the proper techniques to make sure we did it properly as neither of us had been to a gym or had a personal trainer. The results speak for themselves 10kg for one of us and 15 kg for the other in 20 weeks and it is sustainable. Sierra at Sparkle Fitness is fantastic! She really knows her stuff professionally while also making it a lot of fun. She's creative in the sessions we do, insightful in her individualised advice for each person (in classes, as well as the 1:1s which are brilliant) and each time I come away feeling happily challenged. I would highly recommend working with Sierra from Sparkle fitness. She has been a huge help in achieving my goal of completing my first triathlon. Her training plans have been nicely personalised to my level of fitness, injuries, and schedule. I would also recommend her one on one training sessions. A great experience!
