Viv is single-handedly one of the most intelligent and empathetic people I have met, beyond just her coaching ability. Her outlook on life and personal experience adds more value to her professional expertise as she approaches all her clients challenges from the perspective of having "walked the walk" herself first. She is incredibly professional and having been her co worker found her to be insightful, resourceful and have the most phenomenal technical knowledge of exercises and the body. As a biokineticist myself and her a sports scientist her and I found much common ground in a wholistic approach to how exercise heals the body. She has an in depth understanding of the body systems and appreciates the importance of what many coaches take for granted, such as mobility, rest and actual physical function rather than just building a physique. She really is incredible at what she does, likely because of her passion and love for her craft. I cannot recommend her enough!
