Fairy Care Services will deliver a wealth of personal and functional care and associated domestic services to meet the needs of dependent clients. The service will be aimed at adults at the age of 18 and over. The care will take place in the client’s own homes and within their own supported living accommodation. We aim to ensure that we provide the correct support required in order to enable clients to achieve independence. This will empower our clients to become active members of society and make positive contributions within communities.
In our organisation, we place a strong emphasis on providing the highest quality service possible for all its service users. We work on the basis that, no matter how good our present services are, there is always room for improvement. We are committed to continuous improvement and have established a formal quality management system that provides a framework for measuring and improving our performance. This gives me and my team great satifaction. We enjoy working together with commissioners, Local authorities, landlords and other relevant individuals to ensure that our client group can receive personal care within their supported living accommodation.
As I was progressing in my career and seeing more behind the scenes and working across different projects, I saw a lot of the challenges being faced across the care sector. I have a driven by a desire to make a difference.
Fairy Care Services will provide care and support to vulnerable people or people coming to the end of their lives and can make a hugely positive difference to their health, wellbeing, and quality of life. We are inspired by aiding in the continuous improvement in the quality of ones life, as Fairy Care we aim to make a positive difference in the lives of all whom we care for.
To deliver a quality service whereby the highest standard of care and absolute satisfaction to all our clients is promoted and maintained. The welfare of our staff and our clients is of paramount consideration, and our entire team is committed to meeting this objective. We are committed to providing a quality service and to continuously improve the care we deliver. We work closely with our clients and develop care that is tailored specifically for them as people have varying needs. We understand the importance of the comfortability of the service users and so we choose to focus of building strong and lasting client carer relationships. As Fairy Care our main goal is to ensure that the service user is given the highest quality of care.
Our home care services relay on face-to-face visits. However, if any changes are required, we will work with our clients to provide the necessary support.
All staff who come into contact with COVID-19 cases – whether or not they are protected by the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) – should remain vigilant to the possibility of contracting the infection and should follow the government guidance if they develop symptoms. This is put in place to ensure the upmost safety of the service user. If a member of staff has contracted the virus, they will be kept away from the service users and quarantine until they are virus free. We recognise the contageousness and severity of the virus and try to keep infected staff as far away from vulnersble service users as possible.

I was very pleased by the prompt response to my initial enquiry for help. Carer package was agreed and first carers arrived on time for that evening and for this morning, All seems ok so far.

We were very impressed with the team at Visiting Angels who looked after our Dad during his last weeks and helped him and us, his sons, navigate some extremely challenging situations. Jose and Rosie provided professional and caring support to us all throughout. Rosie in particular went above and beyond the call of duty on many occasions and I cannot praise her highly enough; truly an immensely caring and dedicated manager. I have no hesitation at all in recommending Visiting Angels as they deliver to an exceptionally high standard.
